WINNING FROM THE INNER ROOM
We're excited to see yet another beautiful week. A week to show the world what God has placed in us.
Now, there's a lot happening in the world, and we cannot stand by our own strength, we need a greater source to keep us going, and that source is God.
This is why the book of 1st Thessalonians 5:16 urges us thus;
"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."
From the above passage, you can see that, for a Christian, prayer should be the ultimate thing in his/her life. In every season, you're Praying. These seasons include the good and the bad, pleasant and ugly times. It's like how you live, rather than what you do.
In Philippians 4:6-7, the Bible says;
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. "
Do not be anxious about anything, meaning do not fear, do not be afraid of anything, because you can sort it out in the prayer room, the war room.
Nothing, absolutely nothing works well without prayer. Prayer is the medium through which we commune with God, our Maker. And nothing beats developing a lifestyle of constantly communicating with God. The Bible says, "By strength shall no man prevail. (Isaiah 2:9). You have to faithfully rely on the One who is able to sustain you and that is done only in the place of prayer. Be diligent in seeking God through prayers this year.
Prayer is just like planning; it's like preparing the ground for your future. And you don't just pray when you feel like it or just to fulfill all righteousness, or to show up as "godly." Pray because you need it, because it's how you live. It should be a lifestyle and the first you should be known for as a believer.
When you pray, you open yourself up to the power of the divine and gain heavenly insight and wisdom. As you continue to pray, you will find yourself growing closer to God, gaining peace and clarity in your life.
When you pray, do so with confidence, because our Father hears you. When you pray, believe also in your heart that you have received those things which you've asked God for.
You need to build a steady prayer life in 2023 because the devil is not relenting, and the Bible says you should not be ignorant of the devices of the devil. So, you must pray.
We pray that God will give you the strength to sort it out with Him first. Because whatever you do, you need His hand.
Receive the strength to always turn to God at any point in your life.
God is changing your story! Hallelujah!
